The Dallas Stars can’t really celebrate their 25th Anniversary
in the NHL with their worse start in team history. The infamous
Hitchcock shuffle has already imploded as the defensive pairings in
Dallas are jumbled, hopefully for the best!
Returning stay-at-home defenseman Dan Hamhuis comes off the IR
and is immediately jettisoned to #1 pairing with John Klingberg.
Klingberg’s sensational Rookie season was debunked when his defensive
shortfall were abused in year two. Marc Methot, who last season went
to the Stanley Cup finals paired with Eric Karlsson in Ottawa was
exposed at the Expansion Draft to the Vegas Golden Knights and then
gobbled up my GM Jim Nill for the Dallas Stars #1 Amateur Draft pick.
Now, Esa Lindell, Jamie Oleksiuk, Stephen Johns will have to fill out
the defensive corp until Rookie Julius Honka returns from injury
