HAWG HEAVEN BURRO GRANDE AT NEXT WEEK’S
O’REILLY AUTO PARTS 600
- Next-Generation Hawg Heaven Concession Item Features Oversized Burro That Will Continue Line Of Popular Items
Once again Texas Motor Speedway and Levy Restaurants have put on their thinking caps to amaze their fans with another creation for them to enjoy at the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 weekend.
Fans can cure their need for a bacon-infused treat this April by enjoying the newest member of the best concession items in motorsports – the Hawg Heaven Burro Grande.
The Hawg Heaven Burro Grande is the next generation of the successful, bacon-infused Hawg Heaven line that is anything but little. Levy Restaurants Executive Chef Lincoln Engstrom‘s newest creation is sure to entice all race fans to check it out.
The Hawg Heaven Burro Grande is an oversized burrito stuffed with pork carnitas crisped with pecan wood smoked shoulder bacon, tomato cilantro rice, bacon and jalapeno-studded ranch beans, queso, pickled red onion, and Fritos for crunch. It’s then topped off with bacon avocado crema and sriracha aioli.
The specialty concession item is only available at concession stand 405 inside Gate 4. Priced at only $11, it will be on sale during the NASCAR doubleheader weekend that features the NASCAR XFINITY Series My Bariatric Solutions 500 on Saturday, April 8 and the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 on Sunday, April 9.
“The Hawg Heaven line of concession items continue to grow in popularity every race weekend,” Engstrom said. “This burro grande is a meal all by itself and I’m sure race fans will enjoy it during the weekend.”
The Hawg Heaven concession line began in 2013 with Hawg Heaven Bacon Cotton Candy and has featured the Shake ‘n Bacon Brew bacon-infused beer milkshake, Bacon Nachos, Queso Wings, Double Barrel Dawg, the Final Rocky Road-eo ice cream sundae honoring Jeff Gordon’s final season in 2015, the BBQ Melt, the Ranchero Dawg and the Three Little Pigs at last November’s race weekend.
